Hire Rates & Terms

Regular bookings (daytime and evening) Main Hall $20 per hour, with a $100 bond. Supper Room $15 per hour, with a $100 bond. Minimum booking 30 minutes. Regular hirers are invoiced quarterly.

Casual bookings — evenings (until midnight) Private functions: Hall or Supper Room $60 per hour, with a $500 bond.

Non-profit groups: Hall $40 per hour with a $500 bond, Supper Room $25 per hour with a $200 bond.

Casual bookings — daytime Children's parties (finishing around 5pm): $25 per hour with a $200 bond ($500 for larger groups).

Bonds Bonds cover any extra cleaning. If damage costs more than the bond you will be invoiced for the difference. Your bond is refunded in full if the building is left clean, tidy and undamaged after the post-hire inspection.

Terms Set-up and breakdown time must be included in your booking. Use is non-exclusive unless we have told you otherwise. Hirers are responsible for cleaning the hall to the standard they found it. Decorations must not damage the hall. BYO alcohol is fine for private functions; selling alcohol needs a council special licence. We do not take bookings for teenage or 21st celebrations. Events must finish by midnight and the car park be clear by 12.30am.
